Shrimp Fried Rice
  
Cooked White Rice (at least a day old). 
                                  Scramble 3 eggs, and set aside.

 4-5 Tbs Canola Oil. Sautee chopped onions until soft, or almost clear.
 Add cold rice, turning the temp up to medium high.
Grate 1 small carrot into Wok. Cook on high for about 
10-15 mins, until rice starts to brown.
Cook about 12 shrimp, and cut into bite size pieces.
 
 Add eggs, shrimp and about 2-3 Tbs of Soy Sauce or Oyster Sauce.
Mix all together, and serve.
